Bioinformatics

Xanapath tumor profiling imaging informatics include statistical metrics regarding relative expression levels for each marker, and each pixel of each cell.  These spatial expression metrics are also expressed in panels termed an “I-Matrix.” In addition, cytomorphologic features (such as N:C ratio) for each cell scanned are reported and stored.  All of these metrics and raw expression data are automatically entered into the “Xanabase,” an intelligent database that enables data comparison across similarly-prepared samples.  The Xanabase generates customizable reports for researchers and pathologists.  All client data stored in the Xanabase is readily accessible by the client through a password-protected website.
