Marker Kits

Our tumor profiling marker kits are multiplexed fluoroconjugate kits consisting of 10 or more biomarkers conjugated to a set of specially engineered fluorophores that have been profiled and stored in a spectral library.  The concentration on each conjugate is titrated to optimize the simultaneous identification of each of the dyes.   X-Kit markers developed to date  include cytokeratin, Notch-1, CD45, ER, PR, HER-2, Bcl-2, Ki-67, EpCam, EGFR, CD24, CD44, Twist and ALDH-1.
